temmet is provided free of charge, without registration, and without warranty of any kind.
no warranties
The app is provided as is and as available. We make no warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including any warranty that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce accurate results. The cost figures temmet calculates are estimates based on the rates and participant counts you enter. They are for your own informational use and do not constitute financial, legal, accounting, or professional advice.
no liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the app — including loss of data, loss of billing records, or any decision made on the basis of figures the app produces.
your data, your responsibility
temmet stores your data in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB and localStorage). We have no access to it and cannot recover it if it is lost. Browser storage can be cleared by the browser, the operating system, or you.
Back up anything you want to keep. Use the JSON export in the Data dialog. We make no commitment that data written to browser storage will persist indefinitely.
acceptable use
Use temmet for lawful purposes. Do not represent the app's cost estimates as certified financial statements or professional assessments.

By using temmet you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

- Yes. temmet is provided free of charge. There is no paid tier, no trial, and no subscription.
- Are the cost figures temmet produces legally or financially binding?
- No. They are estimates for your own use. temmet is not a financial, legal, or professional service.
- Who is responsible if temmet loses my data?
- You are. Browser storage can be cleared by the browser, the OS, or you. Use the JSON export to keep an off-device backup of anything you want to keep.
